Job Qualifications

2+ years sales experience recommended not required
Basic computer accessibility
Effective communication skills
Able to work independently
Is a team player
Can participate in team meetings
Willing to get a life/health insurance license
Highly motivated and a self starter

Responsibilites

Attend agency meetings
Make outbound calls daily
Handle objections
Schedule appointments with clients
Manage own schedule and determine whether to run appointments in person, on Zoom, or over the phone
Research and select carriers and insurance products for clients
Put quotes and client qualifications together
Meet with families either virtually or in person
Present coverage and material effectively
Fill out applications with clients
Work with underwriters to ensure business is put into place
Keep track of daily numbers and clients' business
Make follow up calls for clients and be their point of contact
